In-house Imam to perform the Nikah ceremony
Muslim Venues have qualified Islamic Scholars that perform the Nikah ceremony.
These scholars will:
- Offer the Khutbah in various languages including but not limited to English, Urdu, Arabic, Punjabi, Mirpuri, Gujerati, and Bengali;
- Ensure that the parties have entered into the ceremony without any force or coercion, direct or indirect;
- Answer any points of guidance and counselling that may be required before entering into the relationship;
- Advise especially the woman rights that she has under the contract of marriage in Islamic Law.
We provide an in house facility where the Nikah is conducted on site as part of the wedding service.
The Nikah is discussed with you in advance. We talk you through the process and conduct a series of tasks in advance including:
- Ask you to nominate the representatives from both the Bride and Bridegroom;
- Ensure these representatives are briefed about their responsibilities;
- Talk you through the process of the Nikah ceremony;
- Explaining the meaning of the Nikah ceremony;
- Prepare the documents in advance.
