The Budget:

The first things to decide when planning your wedding include, who will be paying for the wedding?

If several parties are contributing to the cost make sure you know how much your overall wedding budget is at the start.

Our strategy:

We will work with the wedding party to source your individual requirements allowing the wedding to retain its uniqueness.

Our packages include:

  1. Partial or Full Wedding Co-ordination:
    I. We will source for you suitable suppliers, for all the services you require.
    II. Stationery
III. We can provide you with invitations, save the day cards, orders of service, RSVPs, menus, place settings and thank you cards.
  2. Invitation Mailing:
We will mail out your invitations, including gift list, directions and accommodation information.
  3. Complete Wedding Planner:
Planning the date, Nikah, dinner event, Mendhi event, clothing, catering and all the invitations and management of guests.

Suppliers which need to be booked early include; photographers, videographers, wedding cars and you may need to book any Nasheeds and entertainment should you require. What time of year do you want to marry?

Do you have a particular date in mind, or is there a particular venue where you’d like to hold the reception? Remember, popular venues are booked up on Saturdays often as far ahead as two years, some even earlier.
  4. The second set of organising includes:
What type of wedding dress and accessories would you like? Do you want to have one designed and made especially for you? You also need to decide on a colour scheme and start thinking about dresses and accessories for any bridesmaids that you have. The grooms and ushers outfits will need to be decided on; are they to be bought or hired?
  5. Finally you will need to organise:
The wedding cake; if this is to be a traditional fruit cake most places require 4-6 weeks' notice. You may also want to sort out your honeymoon, especially if you’re planning to travel somewhere which requires injections. The flowers and stationery need to be chosen. Guest accommodation and transport may be required.

You will also have decide on things such as favours, a gift registry, wedding rings, presents for the bridesmaids, best man and family. You’ll need to decide on hair and make-up for the wedding party and then there are all those extras you might want such as toastmaster, calligrapher, fireworks, balloons or children’s entertainer.

You should also remember that after the wedding day any items you hired will need to be returned and ensure you appoint someone to deal with this. You may also wish to preserve your bouquet.

There are many things which need to be organised and all of these will have numerous potential suppliers but how do you know which suppliers are offering real value for money and won’t let you down on your wedding day? We will find you the best suppliers that match your requirements and budget ensuring you get value for money.
